BEE announces to all holders of “Energy Manager Certificate”, who have received their certificate on or before June 2016 (i.e., Candidates qualified from 1st to 16th NCE), to register their willingness for attending refresher course by visiting the website http://www.refreshercourse.in/ for the renewal of their Certificate.
