SDA Daman and Diu in coordination with Directorate of Education, Daman had organized Essay Competition on Energy Conservation / Energy Efficiency for School Students of class VIth to XIth in Daman during the month of January 2023. The competition was conducted under two groups; Group 1: Class 6 to Class 8 and Group 2: Class 9 to Class 11.

For felicitating the Winners of the Essay Competition, SDA organized Felicitation Ceremony on 20th March 2023 at Electricity Department, Daman.

Winners of the Competition along with their parents and teachers were invited for the ceremony. The function was chaired by Shri. M. R. Ingle, CEO, SDA Daman & Diu. During the function, ‘Certificate of Achievement’ and ‘prize money’ as token of appreciation was given to the students who secured 1st, 2nd and 3rd place under each Group.
